2025 Chapter Picnic

 

 

 

When:  Saturday May 17th 12pm-4pm

Where: Armco Park, Shelter 32  1223 N State Route 741, Lebanon OH 

Cost: Free for members, $15 for guests (4-legged guests free, children 12-under $5)

Bring: Shareable sweet/dessert

 

Let’s start off the 2025 riding season with a picnic bash!  This is an OPEN event (so bring your friends/family), rain or shine at our large, covered picnic shelter.  So, saddle up your iron horse, or come in your fancy cage if you prefer.  Food will be served at 12:15pm and the ELEVATED menu will consist of the following cooked up on the grill fresh and hot by the outstanding Jack’s Catering:

 

Slow Roasted Sliced Brisket w/BBQ and Brown Sugar Glaze

Bourbon Chicken Strips w/Scallions

Corn on the Cob (grilled in the husk)

Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

Fresh Pasta Salad and Fruit Salad

Buns and Rolls

 

The chapter will also provide assorted sodas and water for all guests. There will be some outstanding games and our annual water balloon toss as well with prizes.  Please know that if you sign up, we pay for you, so please make sure your RSVP is accurate.

Deadline: Please RSVP on the website no later than Friday, May 9, and drop off your guest fees in the box at the Keg or bring exact change cash ($15 per adult guest) or a check the day of the picnic and give to Ann Cornett or Tracy Hooven. Guests MUST be signed up prior to the event (on the BLOG page) but fees can be paid the same day.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.
